Our Story
Inclusive Consulting is a consultancy founded by two intersectional, Danish-born women with extensive experience in activism who served on various boards focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
Our founders, being minority women bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table, with many years of combined experience in DEIB, organizational development, leadership coaching, and strategic planning.
Our mission is to empower companies to achieve their full potential, by providing comprehensive DEIB consulting services. Helping companies increase revenue, improve workplace culture, and enhance social impact. We believe an equitable and inclusive workplace leads to better business outcomes and a more just society.

Atiyo Muse
Chief Product Officer
Meet Atiyo, a dynamic professional with a robust academic background in Biomedical Science and a wealth of experience spanning both the public and private sectors.
As a founding board member of the Afro-Danish Collective, Atiyo spearheaded the creation of impactful DEIA programs tailored to empower young black individuals within the community. Additionally, she co-founded the podcast, Thinking Out Loud, amplifying the voices and experiences of Black Muslim women in Denmark.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions to DEIA,
Atiyo was nominated for and participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program hosted by the U.S. State Department. Furthermore, she holds a specialized certification from The New School, Parson, focusing on the management of DEIB across executive, mid-management, and team levels.

Asta Selloane Sekamane

Meet Asta, a multifaceted professional with a solid academic foundation in Geology and a wealth of hands-on experience gained through her work with NGOs and private companies across Denmark, Mozambique, and the Philippines.
Asta's diverse skill set encompasses roles as varied as facility manager, project leader, and more,
driven by her unwavering passion for crafting bespoke solutions to overcome any challenge. A trailblazer in her community, Asta has held positions such as founding board member of the Afro Danish Collective, Board Chair of Denmark's Intersectional Folk High School, and founding member of ELLE Denmark's diversity board.
Currently, she contributes her expertise as a member of a school board, where she proudly spearheaded the development of the first anti-racism and discrimination policy for public schools in Denmark.

Beyond her professional achievements, Asta's journey as a single mother and survivor of abuse reflects her resilience and strength. Her roots as the child of a passionate civil-society Dane and a Sotho freedom fighter and political refugee shape her perspective as a warrior for justice and equality within civil society.
